Bar/Bat Mitzvah
Scarsdale Golf Club is the perfect location to celebrate your Bar or Bat Mitzvah, Sweet 16 or any other special birthday. Our event professionals are committed to making sure your celebration will stand apart from all others.
Bowling
SGC has the unique distinction of being one of the very few clubs with its own private bowling alley. Complete six automated bowling lanes, lounge, bar, balls and bowling shoes in every size for our members and their guests. The bowling alley is open seasonally for league play, and the option to be reserved year-round for members to host birthday parties and other private events.
Golf Outings
Replace the traditional board meeting with an exhilarating round of golf on our magnificent course; the usual coffee break with a lesson at the practice facility, a perfect venue for inspiring team building and forging lasting business relationships...

Seven unique facilities to choose from
Oval Room
Enjoy the views of the signature cherry blossoms and the golfers playing down the 18th fairway from the oversized picture windows encompassing the newly renovated Oval Room. The Oval Room accommodates up to 220 guests and hosts most large Club wide events including the President's Ball, Holiday Party, and specialty dining events. It is the perfect venue for social events such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, family functions, and corporate get-togethers.
Lakeview Room & Terrace
Located in the Northwest corner of the Clubhouse, the Lakeview Room with its adjoining terrace providing sweeping panoramic views of the golf course. This is an ideal venue for casual drinks or cocktail parties for larger events.
Governor's Room & Library
The Governor's Room is a quaint dining room perfect for any small gathering up to 30 guests. The library is a relaxing place to lounge with its fireplace and soft seating. Whether you're reading a book or talking with friends, it is always a quiet place to come and unwind.
Lakeview Bar
The cherry wood sculpted Lakeview Bar is a signature of the Club. This is the ideal location for relaxing after a golf game, enjoying our signature drinks and the pastoral views of the golf course from the Lakeview Terrace.
The 1898 Room
Our newly renovated formal dining room is sculpted with a bay window overlooking the Club's practice putting green. The 1898 Room can entertain up to 80 guests.
The 18th Terrace
This bi-level sweeping terrace, with seating for up to 100 guests, is the perfect venue for large summer outings. The 18th Terrace is home to the famous Scarsdale Golf Club Sunday barbeque where families come to enjoy the summer nights outdoors overlooking the golf course.
Tillinghast Room
Named after A. W. Tillinghast, the Tillinghast Room is located overlooking to the 18th hole. During warm summer days, the floor-to-ceiling windows disappear and the once indoors dining facility turns into alfresco dining. This room is ideal for summer parties and family picnic-style gatherings, seating up to 70.
