Gabe grew up in Pleasantville, NY and played golf & hockey throughout high school. During that time, he started caddying at Mt. Kisco CC and then took a bagroom job. He attended Arizona State University and was enrolled in the Professional Golf Management Program. After school, he began his career at Paramount CC in New City. He also worked at Stonington CC, Greenwich CC, The Jim McLean Golf School at Doral, The Biltmore, Sleepy Hollow CC, The Golf Performance Center and Redding CC. Gabe's passion is coaching Junior Golf but enjoys all aspects of the golf business. In 2017 he was awarded the Ely Callaway Award which recognizes a Met PGA Professional for his or her dedication to education, service and involvement. He also qualified for two Gene Borek Squire Cup Teams, which take place annually in the Fall to honor outstanding Assistant Professionals and Head Professionals in the Metropolitan Area. Gabe has several additional golf certifications and was also awarded a Golf Digest Top Clubfitter in 2021 while at GPC. Away from the Golf Shop, Gabe loves hanging out with family and resides in Wilton with his wife Arley, and their two sons Colton & Emmett.
