Heather Choset has 25 years of experience in fitness instruction, working with both children and adults, as an instructor in kayaking, stand up paddle, water aerobics, group exercise and Pilates. Both Heather's Pilates-based and water aerobics classes at SGC specialize in spinal repositioning, strength, posture and core. In her Pilates class, weights, various size loop bands and a fitness ball are used to support a full body workout. In the water, Heather uses bands, jogging belts, noodles and the natural resistance of the water to build strength and muscle tone. All of Heather's classes will leave you feeling refreshed and stronger! Heather is certified in Pilates, water aerobics and group exercise. Her motivation comes from her two daughters, Wyneth and Lucy Lemon, who are her inspiration. Heather is very excited to be a part of the SGC fitness community.
